Tempeh Trio


This weekend, I was in the mood to indulge in a rich gravy to go along with some plain basmati rice. I had some tempeh on hand and decided to make tempeh with peas and tomatoes, hence the name. For the base of my gravy, I used potatoes and my curry creation went quite well with some piping hot basmati rice.
